4 Activities to Enjoy at the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area

1. Delaware Water Gap Fishing

There is plenty of opportunity for wonderful fishing in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. The park contains several streams and lakes in addition to the Delaware River. You must be at least 16 years of age to get a fishing license in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Once you have your license and check the park’s regulations, grab your rod and line and prepare for an amazing catch!

2. Delaware Water Gap Hiking Trails

The Delaware Water Gap has scores of hiking trails for nature enthusiasts to enjoy during every season. Everyone from novice hikers to the more experienced set has several trails to accommodate them.
