Honesdale Fall Festival

This year’s Honesdale Fall Festival, also known as the Harvest & Heritage Days, is on October 8 and 9 in the Pocono Mountains.

Activities at Harvest & Heritage Days

Over the span of the two days, there will be so many things to do. We recommend taking your time and experiencing everything the festival has to offer. Here are a few ideas of what to expect.

Hawley Harvest Hoedown

This is another festival that is beloved by our community. This year it is October 1 and 2 with a lot of wonderful things to do. They include a flea market, craft vendors, glass demonstrations, farmers market, petting zoo, and more. There will also be events held around town as well. Oktoberfest is at Vault 240 on October 1.  To end the day there will be a Bluegrass and Folk Concert at Ritz Company Playhouse.

The Stourbridge Line

If you are looking to enjoy everything that the Pocono Mountains has to offer in the fall, we recommend a trip on the Stourbridge Line. They have many options for scenic routes. Many of them go between Hawley and Honesdale which is a great way to see both towns. Tickets aren’t expensive. They are anywhere between $20 and $25.

Outdoor Activities

While you are here in the Pocono Mountains, we suggest you take some time to see our area. This can be best done by having a scenic walk on our many trails. Fall Events in Hawley

We enjoy being a part of the community fall celebrations and plan events at not only our property, Ledges Hotel, but all of our properties as well.
