Ready to Heat
Chef Travis Lugo shares instructions on preparing some of the restaurant’s trademark meals. Entrees on the Ready to Heat menu are packaged to finish at home and can serve up to four people. At home, customers can whip up dishes such as Pork Carnitas and Chimichurri Chicken with a Build Your Own Taco Platter, Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork or Spring Pesto Pasta.
This unique option lets you take the high-quality meats and seafood served at Glass directly to your grill. Proteins are perfectly portioned, tenderized, seasoned and ready to cook. Each order includes grilling instructions from the chef for optimal cooking. Choose from Lamb Chops, Stuffed Clams or Seared Ahi Tuna. Options here go far beyond the standard picnic fare. Served on a baguette, elevated sandwich options include Jamon Serrano, Arugula and Cheese or Chicken, Smoked Gouda, Peppers and Onion as well as Pulled Pork, Crunchy Slaw and Pickles. Glass’ trademark Cheese and Charcuterie Board with Crackers and all the Accoutrements is also available. Meals are packed in cardboard carriers and include all the supplies for a picnic- napkins, utensils and condiments. Overnight guests at Ledges Hotel can order a picnic basket (or ready to eat entrée) and enjoy a private meal on the deck overlooking Paupack High Falls right on the property. Spirited & Sweet
Decadent brownies and strawberry shortcake may be added to any meal, so be sure to save room for dessert. Glass is also known for its craft beer offerings. Selections may be paired with any order to complement the meal.

Our sister properties, The Settlers Inn and The Dock at Wallenpaupack at Silver Birches Resort are also offering creative take-out options. The Settlers Inn staples such as Faroe Island Lemon Pepper and Thyme Salmon Steaks and Grilled Forks Farms Farms Chicken are available to go.
