Have an Adventure
Skytop Adventure Center
This year-round attraction is one of the best places to visit for a high-flying adventure! In the winter, enjoy skiing, ice skating, and more cold-weather activities on the more than 5,500 acres of land. In warmer weather, you can challenge yourself to the Treetop Adventure Course, which includes rope ladders, elevated bridgeways, and 16 zip lines! This attraction also has a rock climbing wall, paintball course, and so much more. The fun never ends at the Skytop Adventure Center!
Skytop Adventure Center is a 35-minute drive from Ledges Hotel and is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Lake Wallenpaupack
Grab your sunscreen and enjoy a day of gorgeous views and fun when you head to Lake Wallenpaupack. Our sister property, Silver Birches Resort, offers kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and power boat rentals. They make it easy to get on the lake! They also have lakefront classes, like stand-up paddleboard and kayaking lessons, as well as their popular Yoga on the Lake class.
Lake Wallenpaupack is less than a mile from Ledges Hotel.
Delaware Water Gap
Enjoy fishing and hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter when you visit the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. There are a score of stunning and well-maintained hiking trails on-site, as well as plenty of fantastic opportunities for fishing, rafting, kayaking, and boating.
Delaware Water Gap is about an hour from Ledges Hotel.
Bushkill Falls
Bushkill Falls is a privately-owned attraction with hours worth of fun. Hike their many trails to get a gorgeous view of the waterfall for which the park is named. There is also a mini-golf course, designated fishing area, paddle boat rentals, educational exhibits, and even a maze that guests can navigate.
Bushkill Falls is a 40-minute drive from Ledges Hotel and is open every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Explore the Area on Horseback
Enjoy a leisurely horseback ride during your getaway! There are plenty of stables in the area that offer scenic and relaxing tours. Happy Trails & Riding Center is a family-owned business and is open year-round for scenic trail rides.
Go for a Bike Ride
If you’d prefer to explore the area by bike, we can help! Our guests are more than welcome to sign out a bicycle from our property. Our sister hotel, The Settlers Inn, also has a selection of bikes available. While you’re there, consider biking along the Lackawaxen River Ride, which is simple to access from the inn.

Pocono Environmental Education Center
Learn about the natural features of the Delaware Highlands when you visit the Pocono Environmental Education Center (or PEEC). There are six available hiking trails in the center, as well as a fun, kid-friendly Ecozone Discovery Room that features interesting exhibits that educate visitors about this region. Little ones will love interacting with the model of a fossil pit, bat cave, or beaver dam. There are also displays that focus on how everyone can work together to improve the environment. The PEEC is just a 50-minute drive from Ledges Hotel. It is open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Bethel Woods Center for the Arts
Located just a short distance from the site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival, the Bethel Woods Center of the Arts has an outstanding museum as well as frequent performances and events that are not to be missed! The Museum at Bethel Woods teaches visitors about the Woodstock Festival. Before you visit, be sure to check out their calendar of events to see if you can attend any of the outstanding performances, movie screenings, or concerts.

Wally Wine Fest
There’s no better opportunity to enjoy a delicious glass of wine and a gorgeous view of Lake Wallenpaupack than at Wally Wine Fest. This annual event, which typically takes place in April, features local, national, and international wines. Whether you’re an experienced wine taster or you are a novice, you’ll be able to have a great time! Each table has a knowledgeable representative on hand who can answer your wine-related questions.
Blues, Brews, & BBQ
Residents and visitors alike look forward to the return of the annual Blues, Brews, & BBQ! This summer-long event is hosted at our onsite restaurant, Glass – wine.bar.kitchen. You’ll be treated to beers from a local craft brewery, delicious BBQ from our buffet bar, and live music from a featured performer.

Wally Lake Fest
Celebrate Lake Wallenpaupack with this fun three-day town-wide festival. Wally Lake Fest is one of the biggest events in Hawley and should not be missed. The festival features more than 60 events, including Wallypalooza, which is a concert that takes place on a floating stage on the lake. You can also enjoy open market fairs held in various locations, an antique car show, free kayak and SUP demos on the beach, a boat, watercraft and ATV show, and so much more. Wally Lake Fest occurs during the last weekend of August each year. It’s the perfect way to celebrate summer on the lake!
Wild Week

Winterfest Rockin’ Christmas
