Deposit:
A deposit equal to one month’s stay, plus an additional $300 cleaning fee and a signed rental agreement, are due upon booking. Additional month’s stays will be billed to the method of payment on file on the first contract date of each new month. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation:
Once the initial deposit is paid and rental agreement returned, cancellation is not possible. In the event of an early end to the agreement, the deposit is non-refundable. Should the early end result in the nullification of months not yet paid, no further deposits or payments will be obtained. Early termination requires written two week notice.
