Dorflinger Glass Museum
It may surprise visitors to learn that our region in Pennsylvania was known for producing the most exquisite glass pieces in the nation. Thanks to the talent of Christian Dorflinger, an iconic glass manufacturer, nearby White Mills went from a quiet settlement to a busy industrial town. The factory produced pieces that were purchased by presidents and other important figures. Today, visitors can see some of these amazing works at the Dorflinger Glass Museum, which houses the largest collection of Dorflinger glass in the country.
The Dorflinger Glass Museum is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. during their summer season, which lasts from early May to late October. It’s just a 12-minute drive from Ledges Hotel.
Zane Grey Museum
